Bed was super comfy, room was nicely decorated.
Location not the easiest or safest to be at. Staff at check in were just there, no smile, no hello. Nothing.

The breakfast was pretty cool and provided with sausage and scrambled eggs, for example. The staff were attentive throughout 2 days of our stay. The location of this hotel very close to Crestline, the desert, and Best Western Cajon Pass was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect. Furthermore, close to train station with whistling trains.

Being put on the noisy side of the hotel because of my dog. I paid extra for him and don't think that is fair.
